    Good enough

    Free wifi Shower was good Owner seems very friendly Listing has a "good breakfast" listed, that wasn't really accurate but it was better than nothing

    Heating wasn't working and all windows had been left open so it was very cold The constant changing of check in info was getting us concerned Place needs a deep clean and probably some new bed covers. Remove the counterfeit dvds Very loud pub crowd outside

    Good location but needs TLC

    Good location for centre of St Albans. Had everything needed for our stay including breakfast items

    There is no living room, just kitchen with stools, the place could do with a good deep clean (lots of cobwebs) and new fresh bedding as it all felt very old and very used

    I would try to book again if we came back to St Albans.

    We had a good choice of cereals, bread and jam etc... Tea, coffee and condiments were plentiful with two very big cups excellent. To have a bedroom on the ground floor was a bonus as we had my 92 year old Father with us so it was easier for him. 10 minute walk to pubs and restaurants

    Cannot find anything negative to say. It was ideal for us. Grandfather, father and son, a bedroom each with TV in each Also each bedroom had a fan which is very handy with the hot weather.
