    Moderne helle Wohnung, mit kleinen Mängeln an Sauberkeit

    Auf den ersten Blick eine super schöne und moderne helle Wohnung. Super war das Klimagerät. Bei den heissen Temperaturen perfekt. Badewanne, Waschmaschine. Riesiges TV Gerät mit Internet (netflix und andere streamingdienste nutzbar, wenn man sich anmeldet) Bushaltestelle 200m entfernt. Wir sind fast nur mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in die Innenstadt. Unbedingt zu empfehlen das Restaurant "Patrónka Brewwery & Restaurant" nur 20m zu Fuss (oder 1 Buststation) entfernt. Da habe wit besser gegessen als in der Altstadt

    Schaut man genauer hin, fallen leider Mängel auf. Angefangen mit der Sauberkeit. Im bad waren die Griffleisten des Schrankes dreckig, Haare in den Schubladen. Die Dunstabzugshaube verklebt vom Fett. Der backofen total eingebrannt .... und das obwohl es ein Backofen mit Pyrolyse-Programm ist. Wir haben es gern man angestellt, damit der Backofen für uns nutzbar ist. Es wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt . Dies wurde mit der Vermietung nach dem Aufenthalt besprochen und regelt. Vielleicht sollte man hier regelmäßig prüfen, wie die Firma reinigt. Es gab Flecken auf dem Sofa, was mit Decken versteckt wurde. Das Sofa ist auf der einen Seite kaputt. Im Schrank stand ein benutzes Glas. Die Spülmaschine konnten wir nicht nutzen. Von Vormieter scheinbar falsch benutzt, so das sie defekt war. Eine Info dazu wäre nett gewesen.... nicht erst im Nachhinein, wenn wir es ansprechen. Die Jalousien in Wohnzimmer und Küche lassen sich nicht verstellen. So wirkt der große Raum leider sehr dunkel. Und die Schiebetüren sind sehr wackelig. Wir haben sie kaum bewegt, weil wir befürchteten, das sie aus der Führung rutschen Zu empfehlen wären ein paar Klammern. Fazit: Eine so schöne moderne Wohnung, welche mit liebevoller Deko sehr wohnhaft wirkt. Wenn man die defekten Dinge austauscht und die Sauberkeit mehr kontrollieren würde, eine super Wohnung, welche wir weiter empfehlen würden.
