    We were there during the flooding. Yes we got moved upstairs but there was no offer to refund us the difference. The average room price is nzd $87 and they had it on sale for nzd $27. The place is rather run down: you get what you pay for though. Lovely coffee close by on a better note.

    Home away from home! Family feel!

    I stayed here for 3 weeks! It was amazing and so was the staff. The nicest people for a long stay! I will miss them!

    Satisfactory

    Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The pool area was lovely, the air conditioning worked well, and while the room could have been a bit cleaner, with some mould present in the bathroom, everything was generally acceptable.
