    The upstairs bathrooms didn't have hot water

    House was very dated, needs a refresh, bathrooms & kitchens were very dated, and cobwebs everywhere

    The lockbox was at the front door and easy to find

    There was a lot of bugs on arrival at the front doors inside the hall as soon as you opened the door

    Disappointing and uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to leave in the morning. I would like a refund.

    It was big enough for 9 people.

    We had hot water for one person's shower. No where in the property instructions or video did it clearly address hot water. Overall, the apartment was extremely neglected and dated. The furniture was all stained and the bed was crooked causing my head to be lower than my feet.
