    The cottage has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, and its very central location made it easy to access anywhere in town. Everything provided was kept in great condition.

    I wasn't bothered by this, as I'm only 5'2, but my partner stands at around 5'11, and did find the staircases slightly precarious; he had to duck his head quite a bit to safely traverse them. Hardly a downside, as the place was overall lovely, but perhaps something to keep in mind for anyone tall.

    A wonderful stay at this cosy cottage. Everything we needed was provided. Close to all amenities.

    The property was Cosy and close to town and beaches. Loved the fact that the bakery was at the end of the lane.

    Nothing wrong with the property. However, car parks nearby were always full which caused stress getting luggage to the cottage.

    Wonderful little house for a couple & small dog in a fantastic location

    Exceptional location in St Ives! Great place for a couple with a pet as the house is pet friendly. They have small amenities like a washer/dryer as well which is crucial in St Ives because sand will get everywhere.

    I wish check-out was later than 10am, 11am would be better. We parked at the Rugby club car park and the first bus doesn't pick up until 10:30am so it wasn't ideal.

    Loved the cottage, excellent location for harbour

    Parking difficult find. Had to park 20 minute walk away. But the holiday was great.

    Lucky Us to have found such a wonderful place to stay.

    Location Location Location. We felt so lucky to have discovered Cosy Cottage. Everything worked beautifully. Newly remodeled bathroom with exceptional water pressure. Well stocked kitchen. Responsive “contact”, answered all our questions. Did I mention the location? Close to restaurants, cafes, beaches, groceries, etc. We will be back to this a+ property.

    The ceilings are low in the kitchen.
