Nice apartment with lovely large verandah. Close to various subway stations. Lots to discover nearby
They answer the phone, even late at night as we arrived around 11pm and had issues accessing the property.
Complicated entry on arrival but once you know how it's easy. Make sure you have booking email history readily available and you need the door code and the apartment code at hand. We hadn't received the apartment code so had to make a couple of phone calls before we could get in.

Overall, this is the best place to stay in Osaka when you plan to go shopping.
The property is spacious for 3 persons with large luggages. The veranda is big as well. I love the location since its very accessible and walking distance to Dotonbori and all convenient stores.
Nothing much, all is good except one thing for improvement, maybe you could provide a bigger pillow at least 2 for each person.
