    Staying here was a wise choice!

    The location is ideal, because it's very near a subway station and a major tram line. Grocery stores are by the subway station. The property is quite spacious, has high ceilings, and all the modern amenities: full kitchen, laundry machine, universal adapter for the computer desk. And we liked the very reasonable price. It's also extremely quiet, because the house is built in the courtyard of a much larger and older building, so it even has a yard, and is screened off from all traffic noise. The owner is almost always available, and has good English skills.

    Si tratta di un appartamento messo a disposizione dal gestore e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il gestore è stato disponibilissimo e pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La posizione è ottima, considerando sia la mia attività in quella zona di Vienna e sia per la disponibilità di tram e metro per raggiungere il centro città, con le fermate situate a pochi passi dall'alloggio. La zona è ben fornita anche di supermercati, bar o ristoranti.

    Posizione comoda per arrivare in centro. Casa molto grande e con tutto il necessario.

    Casa grande, ma arredata con mobili un pò vecchi e quindi incerta la pulizia. L'ingresso all'abitazione è piuttosto brutto e mal messo, ma stanno facendo un restauro che spero dia valore all'ambiente.
