Very friendly and helpful host, big, clean and lovely apartment
Very friendly and helpful host, check in was quick and easy, the apartment ist really big, very clean and really lovely. The beds are so comfortable, we slept really well. The apartment area is quiet and peaceful. We loved the beach (pacific coast is so beautiful). Also the pool was well looked after, clean and nice for a swim. All over: nice host, big, clean and beautiful apartment! Thank you, we had a good stay :)

BIEN PERO CON DESENCANTO POR BALCON.
El apartamento es bonito y está bien equipado.
El área del balcón da a un sector poco agradable de la barriada donde está el edificio. La publicidad del alquiler no da detalle al respecto, lo cual considero que no está bien. Esto lo considera uno publicidad engañosa, y es un detalle que de mi parte queda de experiencia para tener más cuidado, y al propietario debe de quedarle claro que es motivo de disgusto y desencanto de lo que se esperaba versus el resultado obtenido. Si el mismo propietario tiene otra opción con balcón hacia piscina o frente de playa del edificio, podría habérnoslo ofrecido, y con todo claro, uno no se siente engañado.

Old photos on the listing and misleading title-- Disappointing stay
The place was big enough for a family.
Where to begin. First of all the pictures are old. There are no views. Buildings have been built up around the unit and there are no views of the ocean or anything else. The unit looks onto a derelict shack only with homeless people looking up at you if you are on the deck. . Also the title is misleading. It is not beachfront. You can't even see the beach as said. The elevator went out 2 days and we had to carry a stroller up 3 flights of stairs. Electricity went out on the last night. Construction outside the window waking us up at 6 am every morning. There was a live camera in the hallway that could see our family going from room to room. This was a common area, near the half bath. We didn't discover it until the last day and it was not disclosed and we had small children there who were sometimes naked, not to mention adults. Real invasion of privacy. The pool was unclean and we became seriously ill with urinary tract infections. The linens were soiled, although I supposed they had been washed. The host will not help with these issues.

Las instalaciones y la cercania a la playa esta muy bien lastima que el check out es tan temprano 10 am
El horario del check out a las 10 am, máxime que el check in es a las 3 pm, entonces eso hace que pierdas varios horas de disfrute,
