  料金には見合わない。雰囲気重視の人向け。

  立地がいい。ピレ門、ブザ門どちらからでも、スーツケースを引きずってくるのに問題ない(ホテルの目の前の4段の階段だけはいずれにせよ避けれない)。観光中に部屋に戻ったりすることもできる。 部屋の雰囲気は可愛い。

  シャワーの角度によっては、で外が水浸し。手がシャンプーなどでヌルヌルしてると、シャワーの蛇口がまわらない。 洗面所の鏡のライトがつかなくなった。2泊でルームクリーニングなし、ゴミ箱なし。 スタッフが常時いないのはいいが、連絡に全く返信しない。チェックイン時にチェックアウトの説明なく、チェックアウトの前日と早朝にテキストメッセージ送り、電話したが応答なし。部屋にスーツケース置いたまま、何時に戻るかだけ連絡してその場を離れると、チェックアウト時刻の10時前までにカードキーを返却しろという。24時間前から連絡入れてるのに返信せず、こちらはホテルに戻るハメになり大迷惑。 その後、荷物のピックアップはドアの施錠番号教えるから解除しろと言われたが、テキストメッセージからその番号がすぐ削除され、また連絡をしなければならなかった。電話には出たが、さっき番号送ったの不満そう。 きめ細やかで温かなサービスを求める人には不向きです。

  Fantastic stay in Dubrovnik!

  Beautiful, clean rooms, comfortable, quiet, and easy access if you can do stairs.

  Sometimes we were unsure of how to contact management.

  Clean, modern but with some design flaws

  Clean, modern and beautifully maintained room in Dubrovnik! Wonderful location. Free ice wine. Very quiet for being in the old town!

  The rooms have an odd design. It’s really one big room with a bathroom and bedroom separated by a partition of glass and cabinets. That means there is little to no privacy in the bathroom. And also, if someone turns the bathroom lights on in the middle of the night it lights up the whole room. There was only one tiny trashcan for the whole room. The espresso maker and fridge are in the bathroom. Very weird.

  Beautiful small hotel in centre of Old City

  The location was perfect, down a narrow street just off the main pedestrianised area. It wasn't noisy but was so central to everything. The rooms were lovely, with robes and good quality towels.

  I suppose for some people not having a lift would be a disadvantage but it kept us fit, though we were sick of stairs by the end of our trip!
