    False advertising!!!

    The balcony was spacious with comfortable furniture and there was an elevator to the 7th floor.

    This apartment was nothing like the pictures in the advertising! Totally false advertising. The walls were painted hot pink; the appliances were bright red and THERE WAS A VERY LARGE PAINTING OF A A NUDE WOMAN OVER THE BED THAT WAS MORE PORNIGRAPHIC THAN ARTISTIC IN NATURE. I know that Americans can seem more prudish than Europeans, but I was disturbed by it and the garish wall paint. The beddings and linens were cheap and unmatching and there definitely was no welcoming bowl of fruit or any welcome at all, like in the advertising photos. I was afraid to sleep in the bed, for fear of what activity the host used it for on regular occasions. When I saw a cockroach in the bathroom, I grabbed my bags and ran out of there! I found another, cleaner, respectable establishment and was very happy with it.
