Extrem freundlicher, persönlicher Empfang durch Clemens im charmant und stilistisch stimmig adaptierten Gründerzeithaus mit sämtlichen Instruktionen zu inkludierter Garagennutzung und Aufenthalt im zentral gelegenen, verkehrstechnisch ideal angebundenen Quartier, die Wohnung "Franzl" ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, mit Doppelflügeltüren, antikem Mobiliar, Stuckdecken und Lustern, man darf sich wahrlich wie im Wien des Fin de Siècle fühlen, die Ausstattung von Küche und Bad überkomplett, definitiv eine Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Wien!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in idealer Lage
Super schöne Wohnung, alles da. Alles mit Stil. Wir wurden sehr nett und kompetent begrüßt. Die Wohnung besitzt eine ideale Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Hofburg. In direkter Nähe der Wohnung gibt es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and spacious. Hosts of the property were incredibly helpful.
Beautiful apartment with large sized rooms and kitchen. Super location with a short walk to many restaurants and the metro.
Entryway is being redone. The room was great.

We had two nights here wish we had a booked for longer. We will definitely recommend this to all of our friends and next
We loved staying here! The host Tay was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome immediately. The decor was very impressive. Everything was clean. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops.
