Cockroaches and need to fumigate the condo
The location and the pool. The access to Sea and Soul club.
There were cockroaches in the condo and when we brought it to the attention of the staff they said they would fumigate after we left. We paid a premium price to stay in the condo and the cockroaches ruined our stay and forced us to be uncomfortable the entire trip.

El departamento es comodo, tiene lo necesario,
No me gustó q tienes que recoger y limpiar todo al final, se supone que por eso paga uno y no es nada económico,

La tranquilidad con la que podemos permanecer, y el club de playa qué es realmente cómodo así como el condo que tiene el diseño ideal para tener un buen dia.
La ubicación porque queda a 20 minutos de la playa Y la atención de algunas personas que es un poco desagradable

The property is well kept Paula and Mirjam are always very professional; great problem solvers and great customer relations- bravo.
We stayed at the property for two entire months and really can not say anything that we didn’t like . The location is a fair distance from many restaurants , Chedraui supermarket and beaches,
