    Great little find

Light, airy, quiet, fabulous location, secure parking spot in the basement car park. We loved it.

If you have mobility issues you might find the third floor location tricky as there's no lift

Wonderful view from this flat - ceretainly the best in this block - but the stairs are a climb espec

Superb view across the bay and harbour; nice and central.

Up a tremendous number of stairs!
