    Extremely horrible check in and check out system

    Cleanliness

    I had to go fetch the key at another building while raining, the other building is like 500m away from where I was suppose to stay it’s quite a long walk, then they require you to walk back and bring the key to that same building when checking out, only one blanket was provided and that time it was very cold in Cape Town we got really cold my wife and I

    Pleasant view especially with early morning coffee in hand, before a day starts to go on tour.

    I love Century City and Canal Walk mall is just across the road.

    There unfortunately were a few faulty things in the apartment room and maybe a spare blanket could be available for future reference?

    A lovely home away from home in Cape Town, offering a memorable stay and an experience worth returning for.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 9 Palms. The property offers a lovely atmosphere that makes it feel like a home away from home. I appreciated the overall experience and the opportunity to relax and unwind. It’s definitely the kind of accommodation I would consider returning to whenever I’m in Cape Town. One suggestion I would make is for the property to introduce a loyalty or rewards programme for returning guests. This could include discounted rates, exclusive offers, complimentary upgrades, or other benefits for frequent stays. It would be a great way to show appreciation to loyal guests and encourage repeat bookings, especially for those who regularly visit Cape Town.
