    老闆和藹友善、環境整潔乾淨 非包棟房型也有公共冰箱可以存放食物 飲水機、簡易廚房設備、停車位都有，很便利 距離礁溪市區約10分鐘車程

    隔音有待加強，真的沒有很好… 房門是那種住家使用的普通木門，儘管動作放緩，關門時的回音還是很大聲（同棟房客間很容易互相打擾） 隔壁棟的聲響也很明顯，鄰近深夜還時不時聽到碰碰碰的噪音，感受不是很好 樓下公共空間雖有標示「保持安靜」的提醒，但遇到不守規矩的房客真的很頭痛，大人大聲聊天、小孩嬉鬧喧嘩，完全不需要鬧鐘就醒了
