For a 12 hour layover was not a good idea. The owner won't tell you about making a deposit via national only banks until youre ready to go rest and even after you make numerous enquiries before departure about what to expect. They will just ignore! The building management don't help and are very rude. Was so stressful. Next time I'll just go into KL central for a layover. Never again there!!
