    Conveniently located

    The apartment is situated near La Isleta tram station (for those not been in Alicante, the tram is a very convenient and efficient way to get around Alicante and its surroundings), a bus stop, a small beach, restaurants, convenience shops etc. and less than 10 minutes to Porta del Mar/Luceros and 15 minutes to San Juan Beach using the tram. At arrival the apartment was really clean and we received a wine bottle, candy, soap bars, shampoo sachet and a set of towels. The apartment has those amenities one would need during a stay to prepare food, clean and doing laundry. Necessary information to check-in and check-out, as well as practical guides and recommendations, was clear, timely and helpful.

    To review this accommodation is a bit tricky. On the surface, it might seem ideal if looking forward to take advantage of most things Alicante has to offer, but there is a big “but”. As mentioned in other reviews, the major drawback is that the apartment is next to the tram line, where the tram slowing down and accelerate approaching/leaving La Isleta station just outside the bedroom. For those who are sensitive to noises or vibrations, this is not the place for you!

    Por localización cercana a la playa no está mal

    En frente de la playa, aire acondicionado en el salón y ventilador de techo en la habitación.

    Mala ventilación, mucha humedad, la ventana da a las vías del tren… ruidoso.

    O barulho do trem atras perturbas um pouco, mas as vantagens do ape superam essa dificuldade

    El alojamiento estupendo!! Estuve con mi familia y fue muy cómodo para ellos, la cercanías a las playas y el estacionamiento privado y gratuito genial.
