The location was a central one and close to basic things
Didn't like the entrance as it was on the road and it didn't quite meet the standard of luxury as advertised

Great value for money and location.
It is above a shop and some takeaways so outside is a little noisy with the windows open as it was a hot day. Kitchen floor was sticky and bathroom wasn't the best but overall was decent for what we needed.
