    Find somewhere else if you can

    The location was wonderful. But you could say that about anywhere in Zermatt!

    First, the elevators were down because of basement flooding. So we had to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Then, there was a foul smell coming from the vent right by our patio door (likely due to the basement flooding). Then, the bin that said “laundry pods” was empty, and there were only a couple coffee pods for 4 days, had to contact to get supplies for the place. So, we had to hang around for a cleaning crew to bring supplies that had been emptied likely by the previous guests. Beyond that, we had to allow a maintenance team in at 8:30am due to the basement flooding. They also had a fondue pot but no fuel. With all the inconvenience of this place, we couldn’t even get an hour later on our checkout. I feel like we had to bend over backwards for the host, and got nothing in return.

    הדירה הייתה מאד יפה מצויידת בכל מה שצריך מקלחת נוחה ומיטה מאד גדולה ונוחה. אין בכלל טענות

    בעלת הנכס חייבת לידע את האורחים מראש האם המעלית בבנין עובדת. יש לרדת לדירה 3 קומות וכנ"ל לעלות זאת בנוסף למדרגות נוספות כדי להגיע לבנין. המעלית היא חובה לכל האורחים בין אם מבוגרים או עם ילדים בגלל חוסר המעלית קיצרנו השהיה ובעלת הדירה הייתה הוגנת וזיכתה אותנו עבור היום שלא נשארנו.
