Great value for money
Great value for money, especially for accommodation during a trade fair in Bologna. The train station is only about 300 meters from the property. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The host was very kind.
The only downside was the sofa used as a second bed for two people, as it wasn’t very comfortable for a larger adult.

Muy recomendable
La amabilidad del propietario, la cercanía a la estación de trenes, aparcamiento gratuito a tres minutos y muy cerca de bares y restaurantes. El edificio es tranquilo y no sé escuchan ruidos. Volvería sin duda.
El sofá cama es cómodo para dos niños, pero no para adultos.

L'accueil est absolument génial, les hôtes sont très disponibles et très généreux en informations et bons conseils (restaurants, activités, etc...). Ils sont supers réactifs et font le maximum pour qu'on se sente bien chez eux.
Une climatisation nous aurait aidé à passer les fortes températures, mais il y a plusieurs ventilateurs à disposition, ce qui aide bien
