The location because the apartment is round the corner from where my parents live and where i grew up
I was in Monopoli for 4 days to celebrate my mother's birthday. I wrote the below to the agency on what's app. Since - as i wrote above - I am orginally from Monopoli but I moved away 26 years ago - I didnt want to give a low score to a business from Monopoli. So I wrote the below, thinking of getting just a "we are sorry" instead I only got "good morning, thank you for your suggestiong" so i decided to write this review. Here is my What's App message: The apartment was neither clean nor well maintained. When we arrived, there were several issues: -A strong wet dog smell throughout the entire apartment. -Hair in the sink. -A dirty toilet brush. -Sticky kitchen cabinets and surfaces. -A dishwasher full of limescale and essentially unusable, with plates and glasses so cloudy that even my nine-year-old son refused to use them. -Things that were broken or worn out: as soon as I opened the bathroom door, the rubber seal came off (and I ended up fixing it myself). -There were two small bottles of water in the refrigerator, and one of them had already been opened. I think it is only fair that you are aware of these issues, because a situation like this is simply not acceptable. We are polite and respectful people, so we treated the apartment with care, and I wanted to write these lines to you as a matter of courtesy and fairness.

Prima plek, bedden zijn een aandachtpunt!
Mooi appartement, rustige omgeving dichtbij het centrum. Goed airco, was ook nodig:)
Bedden waren doorgezakt.

Ganz zauberhaft!
Ein modernes, makellos sauberes Apartment mit herrlichem Meerblick und idealer Lage nahe der Altstadt von Monopoli. Hoher Komfort, eine sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin und unkomplizierte Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Im nahen Supermarkt kann man alles einkaufen, was man für ein tolles Frühstück auf den Riesenbalkon braucht - wir waren begeistert!
Nichts zu bemängeln, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.
