Alessandro the host was very helpful. The apartment is just 3 minutes walk from the ferry. It's in a quiet neighbourhood with a local feel. There are a couple of local restaurants and bars but you can walk to a livelier area in 10 minutes and to St Mark's in 30. It is an ideal location if you are visiting the Biennale.
The second bedroom felt tired and the beds were too short.

It was a spacious apartment in a charming location. It was truly wonderful!
The location was nice as it was away from the central location but still easy to access the main attractions. The neighborhood is really quaint with a market and places to eat close by. It a really charming stay!
Really nothing to report. It is a beautiful apartment in a quaint location. I would book here again for sure as you feel as if you are living the life of a local.

Le calme et la beauté du quartier, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de notre hôte Alessandro, la beauté authentique de l'appartement. A 9 minutes en vaporetto de la place St Marc et à 20-25 minutes à pied, l'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du calme de la lagune, loin, mais pas trop, du tumulte de l'hypercentre touristique. Idéal avec des enfants car le parc voisin abrite aire de jeux, terrain de tennis, de basket, de foot, accessibles gratuitement.
