    - Helpful staff/easy to communicate (the pan was worn, and they provided a brand new one. They sent us detailed information about everything needed in advance) - 2 min to metro station - Spacious apartment/rooms

    The host is helpful and has tried their best to accommodate our need.

    The collection of city tax in Italy caused stress to travelers. Some bookings accept cash, some require wire transfer to account, some suggest payment via WhatsApp. Fortunately the host helped and allowed us to pay cash.
