100% recommend it
The apartment was more than enough for a family of 3, spotless cleaning (maybe a little too much since the pillows were sprayed with some cleaning spray that was a little too intense for us), well equipped, great location to use the trains or buses to explore the area, quiet surroundings even if it's next to the train station (we haven't been disturbed by the train sound in any of the 5 nights we've spent there), the owner is very helpful and well prepared to help you have a great vacation with a lot of tips and suggestions.
Not so much perfume on the pillows :)

Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Would stay again
Super clean, exceptional host, attention to detail with additional extras, close to the railway station so convenient for train trips, an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and convenience stores.
Like many parts of the region, there were mosquitoes outside which made it impractical to have the windows open. But that’s a reality of the area rather than a criticism of the accommodation itself.

Um apartamento para chamar de seu!
Apartamento moderno, límpissimo, perto da estação de trem e de vários restaurantes. Adriano nos recebeu com muita gentileza, vinho, croissants, frutas, dicas sobre Cinque Terre, e, ainda, foi nos buscar na estação e nos levou p lá na nossa saída, tb. Ficaremos lá na próxima ida a La Spezia!

Fantastisk
Välstädat och mycket fint. Adriano som hyr ut är väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående, han gav oss tips på resemål och vi testar ett par av dem och var inte besvikna.
