    Great choice to stay in Rome if you don’t want to just rent a small room in a hotel

    We are very happy with our stay at A Casa di Gio. It is in authentic Italian style and gives you a feeling you are at family’s house. We were very surprised how clean everything was and also it has everything you need to cook, have a coffee and more. It has very clear instructions how to find it. We were staying there with our 3 years old and find it very comfortable. Location is not the most central and busy but it isn’t that far either. It is definitely worth the money. There are 2 big supermarkets near by and good pizza restaurants. I would recommend getting a bus to Tiburtina and then metro when going central rather than going to the stations on the south as the area seems better.

    No issues at all.

    Appartment was fully equiped for longer stay (full kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning) and in good neighbourhood. We really found everything we needed.

    Only thing we had to "overcome" is transport to city center. We learned that walking to Tiburtina (17 min walking) and using the metro was a great time saver.

    Rome is not about the impression of housing, but about the impression of the city!

    got into the apartment after 10:00 pm independently via the web application the apartment is clean and tidy in the style of an "authentic" Italian apartment of the past there are several grocery stores nearby very comfortable beds you can wash clothes and dry them on the balcony there is a coffee machine with capsules there was water and milk in the fridge when we checked in it takes 10 minutes by bus to get to the nearest Metro B (Tiburtina)

    the shower was a little leaky at night the area doesn't look very tidy but during the day everything is fine
