    Appartement très agréable et très bien situé dans un joli village à demi-heure de train der Rome.

    La propriétaire est venue nous apporter les clés à notre arrivée. Elle nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il fallait savoir sur l'appartement, qui était d'ailleurs bien mieux que ce qu'on attendait. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner, cafetière, etc. Literie très bonne. La localisation est parfaite, en plein vieux village, à côté de plusieurs excellents restaurants.

    Salle d'eau un peu exigüe mais bien agencée. Nous avons vu des commentaires se plaignant du bruit du bar situé en dessous. C'est vrai que le vendredi soir c'était assez bruyant la fenêtre ouverte mais raisonnable une fois fermée. En semaine aucune gêne.

    Great location with some everyday life challenges

    Great location and the town is fantastic.

    Be mindful of a noisy piazza below up until late hours of the night. Finding a parking space can be a real challenge, so be prepared to leave your vehicle wherever and walk back to the apartment.

    Very centrally located apartment in Frascati, with an excellent location close to everything. The flat was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided detailed and helpful information before check-in, making the arrival process smooth and hassle-free.

    Unfortunately, parking can be a real challenge. During the busiest times of the year, parking close to the property is often expensive, and in the evenings it can take up to 20 minutes to find a space. For this reason, better using public transportation whenever possible. The bathroom is also quite small, and the hot water system does not always function properly, so the water can occasionally be cold.
