    Logement correct mais qui ne mérite pas le chiffre 9. un 8 est plus correct.

    Propreté. Disponibilité du propriétaire. Quartier relativement calme. Arrêt de bus à 100m pour le centre ville. Grande surface à 800m. Action du propriétaire rapide en cas de souci. Appartement fonctionnel.

    Appartement situé au second étage sans ascenseur. Ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce. Manque de vaisselle et surtout de produit de cuisine, tels que sel, poivre, machine à café, dosettes à café, huile d'olive, essui de cuisine pour la vaisselle, machine à laver. Nuisance sonore +++ car appartement très mal isolé. Locataire du 3ème étage assez bruyant. Et quand les touristes qui louent l' appartement en face rentrent, on a l'impression qu'ils vont rentrés chez vous tellement la proximité est proche. (Palier d'1 m2). Cuisine très sombre

    Beautiful and clean property, but an uncomfortable experience due to the host’s communication.

    The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Everything was in good condition and the property itself was pleasent.

    Unfortunately, the communication with the host made me feel very uncomfortable. There was a misunderstanding regarding the check-in procedure, and I was very upset when the host asked me if I thought Italians were stupid. I found this comment unnecessary and disrespectful. I was on vacation and this situation made me feel so uncomfortable that I did not sleep well during my stay. I believe misunderstandings can be resolved with respectful and courteous communication.
