    Gute Lage, schöne Einrichtung vs. mangelhafte Klimaanlage und Schnellzug im Schlafzimmer

    Die Lage ist gut, es ist nicht weit zum Strand. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz in der Nähe, auf dem man kostenlos parken kann. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt verschiedene Küchengeräte, sodass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann. Es gibt zwei Balkone. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

    Die Ankunft ist holprig: man steht vor einer Schranke und weiß nicht, wie man durchkommt. Man steht vor dem Apartment, hat die Beschreibung, wo die Schlüsselbox sein soll und wie der Code lautet, aber es gibt keine Schlüsselbox. Also fragt man bei der Gastgeberin nach und erfährt, dass es überhaupt keine Schlüsselbox gibt und immer eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe vorgesehen war. Das mit der Beschreibung der Schlüsselbox und Code sei ein „automatischer Text“. Man will sich einen Tee machen, aber es gibt kein Feuer, um den Herd anzumachen. Die Klimaanlage ventiliert nur, kühlt aber nicht. Das ist besonders schade, wenn „Klimaanlage“ der entscheidende Filter gewesen ist, den man bei der Buchung gesetzt hat. Also muss man nachts die Fenster offen lassen, weshalb man sich nicht nur mit Mücken herumschlägt, sondern auch nur wenig Zeit zum Schlafen hat: nämlich nach dem letzten nächtlichen und dem ersten morgendlichen Schnellzug, der 50m vor dem Fenster langfährt - den ganzen Tag. Das ist wenig erholsam.
