Im Großen & Ganzen guter Startpunkt für Berwanderungen
Gute Lage, Brötchen Service,
Abfallbehälter im Wohnbereich, bessere Sortierung der Küchenutensilien, keine Kelle, dafür mehrere Tortenheber/Dosenöffner, kein Deckel für großen Topf

De ligging was zeer goed. En de badkamer was ook zeer ruim!
Dat er geen terras was en zeer weinig uitzicht op de bergen.

Anzitutto l appartamento molto accogliente e molto ben organizzato,+ sia per gli spazi sia per la fornitura di utensili in cucina - la gestione della raccolta differenziata davvero ben fatta, la pulizia impeccabile, la posizione fuori dal centro abitato di Sôlden ma facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, il silenzio e la tranquillità del luogo dov'è ubicata la struttura. Sottolineo l accoglienza dei nostri due cagnoloni di grossa taglia, senza alcun problema! Grazie davvero per tutto!! E complimenti anche per l assistenza rapida tramite Whatsapp!

Das Appartement Top 5 überzeugte uns nicht nur durch seine liebevolle Einrichtung, sondern auch wegen der extremen Sauberkeit...in der Küchenzeile fehlt es an nichts und ist genauso sauber und ordentlich wie der Rest des Appartements...ebenso ist die Matratze für einen erholsamen Schlaf perfekt (nicht durchgelegen) und wir sind auch nicht nach einer anstrengenden Wandertour am nächsten Morgen mit Gliederschmerzen aufgewacht...das Badezimmer war sehr sehr sauber... wir (2 Personen) hatten für 10 Tage Aufenthalt sogar 4 große Badehandtücher (und das ist in anderen Unterkünften selten der Fall)...das WLan funktioniert tadellos und schnell..das Appartement ist allerdings nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen, da einige Stufen (5 bis 6) überwinden werden müssen....die Lage des Appartements ist dennoch einfach perfekt... falls man nicht mit dem Auto ins "Dorf" fahren möchte, gibt es unweit des Appartements (ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit) sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle (Schrägaufzug) ins Zentrum.... vom Zentrum aus kann man anschließend bequem die Gigijochbahn und auch die Gaislachkoglbahn erreichen...Restaurants, Ärzte, Apotheke, Supermarkt oder einfach nur shoppen... es fehlt auf der Dorfstraße an nichts... Fazit: Wir empfehlen das Appartement Top 5 wegen der Lage, Sauberkeit und Einrichtung bedenkenlos weiter...
