    Η θέση του διαμερίσματος κοντά στο κέντρο και στο ΣΠΑ. Επίσης ήταν ήσυχη περιοχή και πολυκατοικία. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ανταποκρίνεται αμέσως σε κάθε αίτημα, ήταν πρόθυμος να διευκολύνει και ευγενικός.

    Το 3ο κρεββάτι-καναπές ήταν στο χωλ, όχι βολικό. Έντονος φωτισμός από το φως εξόδου. Μικρός ο χώρος για 3 ενήλικες. Οι πετσέτες δεν μοσχομύριζαν.
