  Eine fast perfekte Wohnung

  Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, überhaupt nicht wie ein 08/15 Ferienapartment. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und auch die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage ist gut, ein kleines bisschen ausserhalb, aber alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist, ist es dort fast unmöglich, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es jedoch zwei öffentliche Parkhäuser.

  Leider ist es in der Wohnung sehr feucht. Wenn man die Wohnung betritt, bemerkt man einen modrigen Geruch. In unserem Bad stand ein Luftentfeuchter, der durchgehend lief. Wir mussten ihn zwei Mal während des Tages und morgens nach dem Aufstehen entleeren. Die Tür zur Terrasse lässt sich leider nicht komplett schliessen. Am unserem letzten Abend in Alicante gab es ein Gewitter und durch den Spalt am Boden drang Wasser in die Wohnung. Es ist eine Art Wintergarten und es regnete auch leicht herein. Die, ohnehin schon sehr hohe, Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung wurde dadurch noch unangenehmer. Ich würde der Wohnung sehr gerne eine 10/10 geben, denn ansonsten ist sie toll. Da es jedoch so feucht war, konnten wir uns trotzdem nicht wirklich wohlfühlen.

  Wszystko w porządku zaczynając od dobrego kontaktu z biurem, możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania. Apartament jest przepiękny - byłyśmy zachwycone wystrojem wnętrz i oświetleniem W kuchni było wszystko - świetne wyposażenie Na duży plus pralka Łóżka bardzo wygodne

  Jedyny mały minus - przy wejściu wyczuwalny zapach stęchlizny - po kilku minutach już nieodczuwalny

  Nice place in alicante.

  Location was fine for us. Size is nice. We were with 2.

  Appartment is nice but old. And totally empty. All closets and cubboards are empty. Almost no equipment. Pans for cooking are a joke. There is nothing to cook with. You need to buy everything if you really want to cook anything. Appartment needs some minor renovation and upgrades.

  The location is really good, near the city center and main attractions. The apartement looks nice and posh, the terrace give a vacation flavor to it. The pictures are accurate, the relationship with the agency it was really good. I appreciate greatly that they helped us with early accommodation.

  It wasn't something very important for me personally, but one of the guests had some issues with allergies. There is a humidity and moldy smell in the apartment as this is in an old building. Also from outside you can hear some noises.
