Tiny windowless dungeon-like room (only tiny skylight in roof) spoiled our stay in lovely Troia
Central location
1. We paid for a room with a balcony but got a room with no window, only a tiny skylight. Was like sleeping in a dungeon. 2. So-called quadruple room was tiny for two, let alone for four. 3. When we complained to owner he insisted three times that it was not possible that we had booked a balcony room, basically suggesting I was lying. But clearly there is a problem with his listing, 'balcony' ticked for two different rooms only one of which actually has a balcony. 4. Breakfast was very disappointing. 4. Flimsy walls meant we could near everything our neighbours said, cheapo generic fittings, wobbly stair-rail, characterless grey decor.

Pleasant Stay 4800 miles from Home
A Due Passi was perfect for my family. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms and a shared kitchen area. It was pleasantly decorated and very clean. From the kitchen yoh could see the beautiful overlook through the trees. Our host was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends.
I have no complaints.
