    Ubytovatel se neoprávněně snažil získat fotokopii mého osobního dokladů a k tomu (!) zvlášť fotografii mého obličeje a číslo mé kreditní karty,to vše ve webovém formuláři mimo platformu booking.com. Nahlásila jsem to zákaznickému servisu booking.com. Zřejmě intervenovali, protože formulářu bytovatele později obsahoval pouze dotaz na číslo dokladu. Nemám z tohoto jednání vůbec dobrý pocit,velmi to připomínalo scam. V ložnici nejsou zatemňovací závěsy a přímo za oknem je lampa pouličního osvětlení. Chybí návod k pračce,která nemá úplně obvyklé ovládání a část ho je zakrytá pracovní deskou kuchyňské linky. Když se mi ji podařilo otevřít, páchla a byla v ní špína. V kuchyni chybí hrnek snídaňové velikosti. Mnoho vybavení je rozbitého,jsou tam jenom součástky. Kuchyňský kout je tak malý,že se v něm nedá vařit, nevím tedy, proč tam ještě překáží fritéza. Uvnitř kuchyňské skříňky byla načatá láhev oleje dva roky po datu spotřeby. Na zemi v koupelně několik dlouhých černých vlasů. Wi-Fi nefungovala ani po mnoha restartech modemu.

    Great location, close to public transport, you can also easily walk to the center

    The shower was right next to the sink, with just a curtain and nothing else Hot water wasn't working the first 2-3 days. The host said they would reimburse 20% for the affected days, but never did in the end

    Lage top mit Abstrichen

    Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Stadt ist fußläufig zu erkunden, vor Ort im Viertel gibt es tolle Bars und nette Läden. Check in hat problemlos funktioniert.

    An zwei von vier Tagen gab es kein warmes Wasser. Das wäre nicht ganz so dramatisch, hätte wenigstens eine Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber stattgefunden. Es wurde leider nicht auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, erst als wir abgereist waren. Das Apartment ist sehr Basic, liegt aber wirklich gut.
