    A lovely place full of Scott charm, with transport links into the city right outside the door. Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We would happily stay again!

    Er wordt geroemd over t ontbijt maar dat was niet echt heel bijzonder . De kamers zijn oud en er zou wel een keer wat opgeknapt kunnen worden

    Great staff, great location off the beaten track for a multiple day/stay trip - easy bus into town.

    David was an amazing host who was always on hand to answer questions and to suggest highlights.The staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly (Stephen and Jane). Breakfast was an enjoyable part of our day. The location was great and we enjoyed what Leith had to offer and it was easy to use public transport to the inner city. We loved our stay.

    Would have liked a fridge in room as stayed for multiple days.

    We will definitely come back!

    The house and our host and his stuff were absolutly charming. Everybody was very helpful and always friendly. The rooms are simple but perfect for our stay. The breakfast was delicious. We got lots of helpful recommandations from our host. The location is very convenient to explore Edinburgh
