Große, helle, ruhige Fewo in günstiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sehr hell durch den riesigen Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist groß und hat ein Fenster. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll mit vielen schönen Dekoelementen. Es war angenehm ruhig und im OG kann man sogar das Meer sehen.
Ich habe mich in der Bettwäsche nicht wohlgefühlt. 100% Polyester statt Baumwolle ist geruchsmäßig schwierig. Aber das lässt sich ja leicht ändern.

Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen großen Balkon und liegt sehr ruhig. Ein Schuppen zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern ist auch nutzbar.
Das Schlafzimmer ist im Dachgiebel und im Sommer kann es sehr warm werden. Zur Toilette geht es eine recht steile Treppe ins Bad und ein Einbauschrank im Wohnzimmer wäre gut um etwas Garderobe unterzubringen.

Der Schlafsessel für die 3. Person ist nicht wirklich geeignet zum schlafen...da es keine durchgehende Liegefläche ist und viel zu kurz. Wir haben diese mit Kissen aufgefüllt und die Füße hingen am Ende runter. Das war aber der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Der grosse überdachte Balkon ist prima. Bei der steilen Treppe zum oberen Schlafraum muss man sehr vorsichtig sein.
