    Good value, pleasant and spacious accommodation in Bendigo.

    Spacious rooms, good kitchen facilities, great TVs (two, one in main room, other in bedroom), good a/c, sofa. Spacious bathroom with heating. Comfortable bed (but see below). Very nice grounds. The cabin I had was not noisy.

    A/C only provided in living area, so bedroom quite cold overnight. Bed-clothes not quite sufficient for the cold first night - quilt not quite warm enough - even with extra blanket (provided). No electric blanket to compensate. Wore pullover in bed, then got a good night's sleep. With extra bedding, this could be overcome.

    The bed and sofa are comfortable, the fridge is cold. I enjoy the privacy of this park, but I feel the cleaning standar

    A quiet park, with plenty of shade, and great bird life

    The reception office smelled strongly of urine. Extremely un pleasant. This requires immediate and regular attention.
