  The place is very comfortable! Signing in/Gaining access to the home was easy. The bed was comfortable and cozy. I liked having the fridge/freezer/microwave (I brought some frozen food to prepare on the stove, but it wasn't needed…nice to have the full kitchen, though!)! I appreciated that shower soaps were offered, as well as slippers and flip-flops. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again in the future! Thank you so much!

  This was on me: The place was cold. I didn't complain/ask about it and didn't find the thermostat until the day I left! I should have turned up the heat! I went out for a couple hours one evening and left the outside light on so I could get back in easier. The light had been turned off. The location was a little far from where I had to be. Despite this…I would definitely want to stay again! .

  Very comfortable, private place

  I think that washer can have potentially some problem, the stage 'rinse' was taking forever, in the end I just stopped it manually. The owner wrote me that some people are washing a lot of clothes in many cycles, I think that maybe not, maybe the problem is that is something wrong with washer. If I wouldn't turn this off manually, I think I would wait all night to have one cycle finished. And I'm confident that I know how to use washer

  Buena ubicación, pero necesita cuidar más los detalles

  Buena ubicación, con supermercado, gasolinera y restaurantes cerca. Es muy fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto en coche. Muy cómodo para desplazarse hacia Banff. Apartamento de tamaño adecuado. Limpieza general correcta. La sala de máquinas hacía algo de ruido, pero durante nuestra estancia no nos molestó.

  El acceso al apartamento genera cierta inseguridad: las escaleras comunican con la vivienda superior y la puerta del apartamento no tiene llave. No sabes si la persona que vive arriba es el anfitrión u otras personas. Menaje muy escaso: Tiene lo justo, faltaban cuchillos de cocina y la sartén estaba muy deteriorada. La extracción de la cocina no funcionaba. Algunos productos abiertos o usados de anteriores huéspedes daban sensación de falta de limpieza y cuidado. Faltaban escoba y recogedor; había una fregona pero no cubo. No había detergente para la lavadora y la goma tenía bastante moho. En general, faltaba algo de mantenimiento y cuidado en pequeños detalles.
