    Spacious apartment on the second floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 balconies. Great location near centrum, with 2 restaurants just under the location. Shops very close

    We arrived at 21.00 at the apartment to find that the bedsheets and towels weren't changed. The apartment wasn't clean beforehand but the beds just made and the towels folded. The bedsheets were stained from various bodily fluids and moldy while the towels were with makeup stains and used. The mattress and the pillow have mold stains and smell. The owner didn't answer the telephone but we could communicate via messages. After various messages he agreed to send a cleaning team but first thing next day. Eventually 2 ladies came with some dirty smelly bedsheets. In the end they took some sheets from another apartment changed them. Next day was agreed that a cleaning team should come, but the same 2 ladies came with clean towels and beddings. The apartment wasn't cleaned. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. The booking customer service wasn't off any use. They offered a 24 h waiting time to intervene.
