    The house is modern, clean, relatively cheap, and there are some toys for children. The area is nice and calm, there is a small supermarket and a playground nearby you can reach in some minutes walk.

    The railway is right next to the apartment, and the train passes by in every 30 minutes. No parking lot belongs to the apartment, we had to part at the train station. Not that far, but it is unusual not to have a space to park. The stairs are very steep, it is dangerous to climb up and down, especially for small children. There is no AC in the house, when it is over 30°C and sunny outside, the roof, under that the bedroom is located gets very warm, and it is impossible to sleep well.
