    L'appartamento era molto luminoso, grande, dotato di 2 bagni con bidet, terrazzino comodo per mangiare in 4. A 5 minuti a piedi da piazza skandemberg.

    Settimo piano con un unico ascensore funzionante e diversi appartamenti per piano, per scendere si faceva a piedi tranquillamente, per salire un po' più difficile perché si aspetta parecchio negli orari di punta. Appartamento non ben insonorizzato nonostante i doppi vetri.
