    It was a joy to stay at this hidden gem in Lucca.

    The location could not have been more perfect. Via Fillungo is the main street through the town lined with wonderful shops. It is close to the Piazza dell’ Anfiteatro and the train station is only a 20 minute walk. The property itself is charming. Our room did not have a shower but that is not uncommon in Italy. Our room was spacious and filled with natural light. The women who own A Palazzo Busdraghi are delightful; very helpful and friendly.

    There is no outdoor space. There is a courtyard but not certain if it is a shared space. Obviously, it did not prevent us from staying here.
