    We had a great stay in Rome! The area was fantastic. If I ever lived in Rome, I’d definitely choose this neighborhood. It’s very well connected, with easy access to public transport and the city center. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Fresh towels were provided every day, which was a nice touch. A special thanks to Danielle, who was incredibly kind and helpful. When we ran into a small issue during our trip, he genuinely cared and did everything he could to help us. Highly recommended!

    The location is quite good, but the room is small and there's an unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

    The location is excellent. The Prati neighborhood is overall quiet and safe, and it's fairly close to the subway and bus stops, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The airport shuttle bus stop is also nearby, making it very convenient to get to both the attractions and the airport.

    There was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and it persisted even with the exhaust fan on. After we reported it to the staff, they said they would take a look, but we never heard anything back from them.
