The location was perfect. Right on the water. Pool was well maintained. The AC was def working. Plenty of towels and linens. For some minor inconveniences, they did allow for a later check out time free of charge and added a TV to a room for us.
For what I paid per night, I was kinda disappointed in condition of the room, to be honest. The drain was rusty in the kitchen sink. The beds were kinda hard. The shower curtain was too short in the main bathroom so water got all over the floor. Upon arrival, they told us that we'd have to change rooms midstay. This was never communicated to us until check-in. Not a huge deal but rather an inconvenience that gave me pause after having to deal with an overlooking at another hotel and our reservation was canceled because of that. I also disliked having to take out our own trash.

Location
Rooms are very tight , we were sold a unit for 6 people while it is impossible to fit more that 4. We were also told that we need to evacuate the room and change it next day. We told them that this is not acceptable and decided to leave. They are not refunding our money yet.

If it wasn’t for Mr. Tyrone we probably would have left that first day.
Mr. Tyrone was the best thing about this property.
It wasn’t clean, we walked in to a shit stain on our shower curtain. The next morning we woke up and it smelled like mildew for the remainder of the trip. I almost broke my toe on the pool drain cover that was lifted. It is very outdated and needs an upgrade.
