    Gorgeous house, perfect location, would stay again in a heartbeat!

    IT’SO SO CUTE!!!!!!!! Extremely easy to check in and out, very lovely owner who made it all super easy. The house is gorgeous, the views are incredible, couldn’t recommend it more!

    Fantastic stay, highly recommended. Perfect when visiting Hobbiton

    Had all the amenities we needed, the beds were comfy, the location was convenient, and the cow theme was so cute!

    The only thing that was an issue were the blinds in two of the bedrooms being a little short, so the sun came in earlier than my teenage sons would have liked (but I didn't mind ;)
