Easily the best place I've booked via Booking.com.

This really exceeded expectations - everything from the communication with the hosts to the peace and quiet, the cleanliness and comfort and luxurious, thoughtful touches, not to mention the location (just minutes from Oundle but in a very quiet and peaceful village), was perfection. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this classy hidden treasure. The space available is amazing and the price is such good value. Thank you.

One of the best places we have stayed at and will definitely return

Property was in lovely village close to beautiful town of Oundle. Property was very clean and spacious with use of lovely garden. Property had bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen/diner so was excellent value.

Village pub didn’t serve meals. Only being able to watch TV by apps was a bit tricky. No freezer section to refrigerator. We like to freeze our freezer blocks to go shopping on warm days.
