    Good.

    We liked the closeness to the beach. Bed was comfortable. We had a draining issue with the toilet and the sink in the bathroom but it was addressed promptly.

    There was a hidden $50 non refundable payment from a 3rd party which was not necessary as the email from booking.com and seasands said that there will be a deposit required from a 3rd party host called superhog but never said it would be non-refundable.

    Very pleasant and relaxing stay!

    Close to the beach. 10 min walk. Good shower and great kitchen and comfortable bed.

    A $50,- nonrefundable verification wasn't mentioned and came as an suprise. No decent pan to bake, and there was a lot of cobweb at the backdoor.
