    Convenient and easy access

    When I was checking out around 8:05 AM, an older woman was trying to enter the building. I did not open the door for her because of the building’s security requirements. Her husband, who was speaking to her on the phone at the time, also apparently told her that he would not have opened the door for someone for the same security reason. Despite this, she became extremely rude and started cursing at me, including calling me an “asshole.” I did not engage with her or escalate the situation because I had no interest in getting into an argument, and I simply left. I am asking you to please review the security camera footage from around 8:05 AM, as it should clearly show what happened, and address this behavior with her. Regardless of the circumstances, a guest should not be subjected to verbal abuse or profanity for following basic security procedures. I would appreciate you taking this seriously and taking appropriate action. I chose not to escalate the situation myself, but that does not make it acceptable for another guest to verbally abuse someone who was simply trying to follow the building’s security rules.

    I loved everything from the unIt itself to location and ease of communication and entry.

    The only suggestion I have is to inform customers on the Booking.com page about the laundry costing $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry, with only quarters accepted. I had to wait a day for the bank to open to get change as there is no option for change in the building.
