Perfect!
The room was exactly as the pictures and everything so clean. It’s also so secure and with privacy. Great neighborhood, with many facilities near and easy transportation. Many restaurants around. The owners were available at anytime. I will stay there in the future for sure!

Proximidade e design dos quartos
Barrulho e ruidos dificil de dormir a noite e o desalinhamento total no check out entre a gestora e a booking.com

I called a day prior to arriving to discuss parking. I was told to take care of it upon arrival. Upon arrival at 10pm I found a maverick parking spot and didn’t want to just park and take up room in the alley without authorization. The person on the phone had to check parking availability. It all worked out, BUT had no spaces been available, I would have no idea what to do with the car, and would have to find other accommodations. And would have demanded a refund in turn. All that is unacceptable. The parking convo NEEDS to be done upon making a rez. That should be a marketing priority. Accommodations were adequate. Cheezy $5 table lamp. Delaminated night stand/table, cheezy $10 coffee maker with only 2 days of provisions. There was no towel hook near the shower so must improvise. The shower head pipe coming out of the wall has no collar = unfinished cheezy. I understand the selling point of Brookline, but that is not enough. The rooms ergonomics make it difficult to do any work comfortably. I have had over 5000 hotel stays in my life and fully understand what makes a good one work. I’ve always said if you really want to understand the functionality of your hotel room, stay in it a night or 2, and see for yourself. MUCH more accurate than guessing. Everything was “adequate” only. But barely. And wouldn’t stay again. Can’t imagine maintaining repeat customers without better room ergonomics. Not meant as mean! Meant to be helpful. But that only works if you care. Pete
