    What a wonderful place to stay in Fairbanks. You won't find nicer hosts, or more spacious rooms

    Lovely hosts, beautiful, clean rooms, washer/ dryer, and full breakfast

    Calm, very comfortable, good location, great hosts

    Very friendly helpful host. Very good location in a calm street. From the 3 available apartments I was on the 1st floor. It was very comfortable and calm with all necessary things. The owners also filled up the fridge! I loved to stay there.

    I would definitely consider this place again, in particular if we were on an extended stay.

    It was very nice to have breakfast foods in the fridge and on a counter. It was kind of like a bed and breakfast, but you made the breakfast. I think it was a great idea.

    Couldn't get the bathroom sink outlet to work. We didn't want to bother the owners as it was late. It was not a big deal.

    We did not get to stay in the apartment pictured with washer dryer access... rather, we were assigned a basement apartment that is in severe need of a dehumidifier and no washer dryer access. As a host, you probably want to check on your tenants at least once... do we need fresh towels, do we need toilet paper, do we need coffee... breakfast is included...you might want to replenish some breakfast items at least once in a 6 day stay.
