Went far above and beyond our expectations.
The host Marta went beyond expectations. She suggested the places to visit, food to eat. The kitchen was stocked, the washer was ready to handle our laundry.
I wish we didn’t have to take the stairs. 6th floor is way up there and you need to plan well.

Gera vieta.
Viskas labai nešvaru ir netvarkinga. Pagalvėlės dėmėtos, kilimai neišsiurbti, terasa neplauta. Rankšluosčiai buvo paruošti tik trims asmenims, nors už apgyvendinimą buvo sumokėta keturiems. Po lovomis – didžiuliai dulkių sluoksniai. Virtuvėje taip pat nesutvarkytas vamzdynas – po juo pastatytas kibiras, kuris, panašu, nėra reguliariai išpilamas, todėl patalpoje jaučiamas labai stiprus ir nemalonus kvapas. Bendra švaros ir tvarkos būklė tikrai neatitinka to, ko tikėjomės.

Decepcionante.

El acceso al departamento, tener que subir 6 pisos, que en realidad son 7, es un suplicio, sobre todo con maleta y las temperaturas actuales. Y el dormitorio está en el ático, es muy asfixiante, a pesar de tener AC, se siente muy cerrado y caluroso.

Relax and look at the view and watch the swifts
The new from the balcony is superb. One of the few in Lisbon. The location is spot on. Close to most important attractions and the train and ferry stations. The downstairs part of the apartment was roomy and clean. Communication with Marta was very good even though we sadly didn’t get to meet her. We absolutely love our stay in this quirky but unique apartment.
It’s true that there are six levels of stairs and no elevator but you won’t get high enough to sit on the balcony with the swifts and swallows without them. You just don’t go out every hour and plan your day so you don’t spend all day going up and down. Upstairs has a low roof but I’m 6’3” and I managed.
